The farm is situated on the Stummerberg on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The location in the verdant countryside provides the ideal starting point for numerous activities. The village centre of Stumm has a bakery, various shops and restaurants and is only 5 minutes by car. The ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen is a 10-minutes’drive from the accommodation.

The farm features a charming holiday house and an apartment. Furnished in modern rustic style, the holiday house extends over two floors and has two triple bedrooms and three double rooms, offering space for 2 to 12 persons.

Onthe ground floor, the spacious kitchen is most suitable to prepare meals together, and the cosy parlour with corner bench and TV invites to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. Two bathrooms and two separate WCs offer the utmost in comfort. You can enjoy your breakfast on the sunny balcony, on the terrace or in the garden with views of the Zillertal mountains. The holiday apartment, which is situated on the same courtyard, has 60m2 and offers space for up to 5 persons. It has a triple room, a sofa bed, a shower with WC, an open kitchen diner with a seating area and a beautiful balcony. Amenitiesinclude bed linen, a parking space, a ski storage room with boot dryer and freeWi-Fi.

In winter, the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen is just a 10-minute drive away by car and offers fantastic downhill runs and mountain huts. Families with children can reach the family-friendly Spieljoch ski area in just 15 minutes. In bad weather, the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen offers water fun for all ages.

In summer, mountain enthusiasts can explore the surroundings directly from the Obersäuling farm: Hiking tours in the direction of Märzengrund or cycling tours up the Hamberg are a wonderful way to enjoy nature. On hot summer days families can cool off in the water park Badewelt Stumm which is only a 6-minute driveaway. After an exciting day, the nearby Gasthof Tannenalm is perfect to relax over some culinary delights.
