In summer: all leisure facilities (open air swimming pool, golf driving range, tennis courts,..) in the immediate vicinity. In winter: 1 km to the Hochzillertal ski resort, ski bus stop 50 m away. Self-contained garden with barbecuing facilities, heated ski and ski boot storage room. Pets allowed.
