For your dream holiday together with family and friends, the Zeller guesthouse offers plenty of space for up to 20 people across 210 m2 and 3 floors. The holiday apartment was newly renovated in 2013 and combines Tyrolean charm with modern standards offering you a total of 10 rooms on an absolute top level. 7 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 3 doubles, 3 triples and 1 room with 2 bunk beds, ensure peace and quiet.

On the ground and first floor you will find a cosy living area, the bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table. In addition to that, you are awaited by 3 comfortable couch beds that offer comfortable sitting and sleeping options at the Zeller guesthouse.

A special feature of the Zeller guesthouse is the wide range of outdoor seating options that invites you to spend sociable evenings. A balcony on the first and second floor and the large south-facing terrace ensure beautiful sunshine exposure all day. Groups, families and friends use the inviting lawn with garden furniture and can take in the unique panoramic view across the Zillertal Alps from there. A large playground with swings, sandpit and slide is available for children.

In winter, the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area can be reached within a few minutes with the car. Zillertal Arena is just a 10-minute drive away as well. The beautiful natural sled runs around Stummerberg or a snowshoe hike through the enchanting snowy Zillertal ensure great winter variety.

In summer, the Zeller guesthouse is idyllically situated like no other facility. Directly from your apartment you can reach many trails or start your mountain bike tour through the Tyrolean Mountains. Refreshment on hot summer days is guaranteed by Badewelt Stumm, which can be reached within 5 minutes. At Aktivzentrum Zillertal you show courage on guided climbs and wild rafting tours.
