The large roof terrace with mountain view is a real highlight and is particularly suitable for spending lovely evenings. Parking spaces and a garage with a charging station for electric vehicles (coin-operated machine) are available. Scharnitz train station is just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
 
Sporty and nature enthusiasts will get their money's worth directly from the accommodation. Numerous hikes, mountain- and bike tours can be undertaken from the property. The starting point is ideal for all winter sports enthusiasts to spend the winter actively on the nearby cross-country ski trail or the numerous ski areas (for example Seefeld-Rosshütte, approx. 10 minutes away by car).
