Located directly on the edge of the forest, peacefully situated with a unique panorama view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountain ranges and Kalkkögel mountain chains, our premises’ location gives you a feeling of limitless freedom. Two holiday flats, with original all-wood furniture and a rustic Tyrolean style, await you in our non-smoking, 3 Edelweiß-rated facility.

Flats A and B on the ground floor are suitable for 2 to 4 people and are divided into a living room with kitchen, in which the couch can be converted into a double bed in flat A, and a separate bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC. Additional amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, and, in flat B, access to a terrace with garden. As an additional service for a small fee, we at Haus Salzburg offer you the use of a washing machine, a garage, infrared cabin and bread roll service. A cosy walk, only 10 minutes long, brings you to the Seefelds pedestrian area, where you can find a good selection of supermarkets so you can shop for your self-catering holiday. Otherwise, you also have the option of taking the free bus to the centre, whose stop is only 100 m from Haus Salzburg. The village bus also brings you to the ski and regional bus stops every half hour or to other infrastructural facilities or the entrance to the cross-country ski track. As a quality-assured cross-country skiing accommodation, we guarantee expert advising and information on cross-country skiing in the Region of Seefeld. Pure cross-country skiing pleasure on 271 km of perfectly-prepared slopes are provided for beginners and professionals. 143 km of spacious winter hiking trails, enchanting snowshoe tours, ice rinks, and toboggan runs ensure a diversified winter holiday. The Gschwandtkopf, the Geigenbühel, or the Birkenlift are available in Seefeld for your ski holiday and non-stop piste magic.

The Region of Seefeld also has a lot to offer in the summer! Hikes and bicycle tours at all difficulty levels in the middle of a fascinating mountain backdrop, which can also be done together with a mountain railway; there are also unspoilt bathing lakes and Kneipp areas that invite you to cool off. Landlord Dietmar, an experienced all-rounder, travels a lot through the region and will gladly reveal his most beautiful spots on the sunny plateau.
