Our house lies in a beautiful sunny and calm part of walchsee. The cross-country-trail in winter and the golf course in summer are only a few minutes walkingdistance. Ideal starting point for many panoramic hikes and bike excursions. From the local centre - restaurants and coffeerestaurants - shopping - and bath lake - just 15 minutes of walking.
The small Skiing-area "Amberg" and "Zahmer Kaiser" is 5 minutes by car - the Skiing-area "Hochkössen" is 8 km distance.
