Our flat is located in the "Panorama" house and was lovingly renovated in 2017. The house is located in the best rated area in Seefeld.

No pets, non-smokers!

Private underground parking space, cosy and modern furnishings, approx. 8sqm large, covered south-facing balcony with bench, table, chairs and parasol.

In the bedroom you will find a 1.80m double bed and a "bunk bed" (80x200-1.60m x 2.00m) IMPORTANT: when the bunk bed is pulled out, it is not possible to open the room door completely!
Travel cot on request, 40-inch flat screen TV.

Bathroom with shower with massage jets, WC, large mirror cabinet, combined washer-dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric cooker with four ring ceramic hob and an oven as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, SodaStream, waffle iron, crepe maker, hand mixer, blender etc.

The kitchen is connected to the living room via a hatch. This can be closed by a wooden sliding door.

The highlight of the bright living room is the extra-large sofa area, which invites you to relax and socialise.
Here you can switch off and read a book in peace or put your feet up after an eventful hike or ski trip!
In the living/dining room there is also another 40-inch flat-screen TV, a soundbar (can be controlled via Bluetooth), a radio and an electric fireplace.

The carpenter-made dining area and the large dining table offer space for everyone! A Stokke children's/baby chair is available.

There are mirrored wardrobes in the hallway for storing clothes. In one of the cupboards you will find a hoover, broom, ironing board and iron.

The spot lighting in the hallway is continuously dimmable.

The flat is fitted with wood-effect vinyl flooring and the balcony is covered with wooden tiles. Cosy shutters underline the alpine charm of this flat.

In addition to the normal radiators, there are electric radiators in the individual rooms, which can be switched on if required.

Of course, our flat has its own W-Lan.
In the cellar there is a ski room and another coin-operated washing machine.
