Haus Nico

Welcome to our newly renovated vacation apartment Haus Nico in the Lehner district of Neustift in the Stubai Valley.

Included in the price is the Stubai Super Card in the summer season.

Our apartment is furnished with love. It is in a quiet yet central location and offers you a breathtaking view. We are 500 meters away from the center of Neustift with various pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

The Stubai Glacier is 17 km away. The Elfer lifts are only 800m away. There you will find a small family ski area and the longest toboggan run in Tyrol at 8 km. The bus stop Neustift Freizeitzentrum is 50 m away and the main bus stop Neustift Ortsmitte is about 400 m away.

Haus Nico is located directly on the hiking and cycling trail and is therefore an ideal starting point for your hiking and cycling tours as well as for relaxing walks.

Excursion tip: Jausenstation zum Weber Lois go Time approx. 20 minutes.

Numerous hikes to alpine pastures, huts, waterfalls or to the new suspension bridge will make your vacation unforgettable.

Our apartment is equipped with free WLAN, flatscreen TV with internet in both bedrooms, SAT system, bathroom with separate WC, hairdryer, safe, blinds in every room, underfloor heating in every room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided free of charge.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.
