Welcome to the HAUS MONIKA. Established in 1996, this family-friendly guesthouse features 2 newly renovated holiday apartments and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the town center. Directly situated on the cycling and hiking path, you can reach the town center and the train station within a few minutes. Parking is available right in front of the house. TV & free Wi-Fi. Suitable for 1-6 persons. We also warmly welcome four-legged travelers!

Our cozy apartment "Isarblick", measuring approximately 50 sqm, accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in the attic (1st floor) with a private entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining & living area featuring a sofa, a small, lovely bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a bedroom with access to the balcony (with a view of the Isar). Additionally: lockable bike storage

Our family-friendly apartment "Porta-Claudia", measuring approx. 100 sqm, has been newly renovated in 2024, accommodates 2 to 6 guests, and is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area, 1 living room with a comfortable couch, 2 bedrooms with French double beds (1 bedroom with TV), 1 spacious bathroom with a large shower, double sink, and private toilet, as well as 1 separate toilet; each room has its own access to the terrace/garden with a garden lounge, charcoal grill, and a cozy pavilion. Additionally: lockable bike/ski storage.
