Such as skiing, climbing, via ferrata, hiking, ice climbing and cross-country skiing. Experience these great activities, come home and enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the terrace or snuggle up cosily on the couch in front of the warming fireplace.

Activities:

Skiing and tobogganing:
- 7 minutes by car to the nearest ski area Hochimst (also toboggan run)
- 15 minutes by car to the Hoch Ötz ski area
- 15 minutes by car to the Feldringalm toboggan run
Climbing:
-15 minutes by foot from the house to the climbing garden in Karres
10 minutes by car to the family-friendly climbing garden in Ötz
15 minutes by car to the climbing garden, via ferrata and multi-pitch routes in Haiming (Geierwand)
-7 minutes by car to the Muttekopf alpine climbing area
Hiking:
Hikes can be started right from the front door or in many very nearby hiking areas.
Paragliding:
There are hike-and-fly opportunities around the house. There are official launch sites in Hoch Imst and Hoch Ötz.
