Come and enjoy the home-away-from-home atmosphere in our family-run apartment house Haus Felseneck in Seefeld. Enjoying a sunny, quiet, south-facing location, our holiday house is just a 5-minute walk from the village centre. Guests can reach many nearby amenities, such as the swimming pool, mountain lifts and cross-country ski tracks, without a car thanks to the free village bus that stops a mere 150 metres from our house. Our house has 2 comfortable apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor. Comprising a spacious living room with dining area and sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen, Apartment I offers ideal accommodation for a relaxed break. The double room can be converted into a family room with an extra bed or a cot. The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and separate WC, ensure the whole family have enough space. The south-facing terrace and west-facing balcony boast breathtaking views of the Karwendel massif. If required this 2-room apartment can be extended by a single or double en-suite room to a 3-room apartment. Furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, our cosy Apartment II has three rooms - a living room with dining area and sofa bed, one triple room and one double room both with en-suite bathrooms. The fully-equipped kitchen in this apartment has, in addition, a microwave and a dishwasher. The south-west-facing balcony offers spectacular panoramic views of the Seefelder Spitze mountain. Apartment III offers ideal accommodation for a small family of two adults and one child. Comprising a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom, this holiday apartment with its solid wood furnishings and charming decorative elements, is particularly warm and homely. Whether you come for a summer or a winter break, Haus Felseneck offers the ideal ‘holiday base camp’ at all times of the year. The area boasts 271 kilometres of immaculately groomed cross-country ski tracks covering all levels of difficulty, 143 kilometres of cleared winter walking trails and modern, well-maintained family-friendly Alpine ski areas - also perfect for a memorable hiking holiday during the summer months. Blissful relaxation can be enjoyed at the indoor and outdoor pools of the Olympia Sport and Congress Centre just 200 metres from our house.
