your accomodation in Lermoos!

Our house is located in central Lermoos,
only a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants.

We offer 2 appartements with each
two rooms for 2 – 4 persons,
2 double rooms with continental breakfast and
1 threebedroom with continental breakfast

The appartements are also available with breakfast.

In summer you can start your hiking and mountainbike tours directly at the house, or take the bus which stops right next to the house.

In winter you get 25% off at the ski rental Hofherr Alpenrose. Train an bus are for free! Grubigsteinbahn is just nearby.

In the evening you can relax in our Sauna.
