Haus Baumann

Welcome to our Baumann guesthouse in Neustift in the Stubaital!

Our house is located in Milders, about 15 minutes away from the Stubai Glacier skiing area by car. From us you can directly reach the waterfront, from where you can get to Neustift after a 15-minute walk past the playground. Only a few minutes away as well are a supermarket and several restaurants where you can dine in cosy atmosphere. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the well-groomed cross-country skiing trail which is even illuminated at night.

After a leisurely hike in the mountains or a day of skiing you can relax in your 65 m2 apartment. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and comes with two bedrooms, a shower, a separate toilet, entrance hall and a kitchen with ample cooking and dishwashing facilities. We are also happy to provide a cot for your kids. To ensure that you always have dry and warm boots in the morning, we offer our ski room with boot dryer. Guests of our house have free entrance to the indoor swimming pool with water slide, small outdoor pool and garden in the "Freizeitzentrum" Neustift from May until November. It is by car about 2 minutes away from us or by foot in about 20 minutes to reach.

When spending your holidays in Neustift you will discover a wonderful winter landscape. Choose among no less than 4 skiing resorts, such as the impressive Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, the Serlesbahnen Mieders or the Elfer Lifte in Neustift. Ski tourers, skiers and skaters will appreciate beautiful trails through the winter white. 4 sled runs nearby guarantee winter fun at its best, some even at night, like the illuminated sled run from the Elfer, or at the Sonnenberglift night skiing event with night show.

Start your summer hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking tour to the most beautiful sites in the Stubaital directly from our Baumann guesthouse. Discover the WildeWasserWege around the impressive Grawa waterfall, just 10 km away from Neustift. Whether along rushing streams or past thundering waterfalls, hiking in the Stubaital is always a unique experience. Relax after a long hiking tour at the nearby Klaus Äuele recreational area with Kids Park or at Kampl Lake with his big playground, volleyball and football pitch.
