We rent apartments and studios designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. You can enjoy fantastic views of the Zillertal Alps from our central and beautiful location. We are located directly at the start of the Zillertal Mountain High Road, and you can reach the town center of Zell as well as the amusement park with many activities (tennis, ice skating, indoor sports, bowling, adventure playground, indoor and outdoor pool) in just a 3-minute walk. The luxurious, Tyrolean-style apartment-villa with six spacious apartments and two studios is located in a beautiful, sunny setting. We offer couples, families and singles a variety of amenities, as well as comfort and tranquility. We also welcome guests with a dog. The apartments are exclusively furnished and offer plenty of space (from 41 to 120 m²). They include fully equipped kitchens as well as Wi-Fi, full HD TV with four Sky TV channels (including Deutsche Bundesliga) and large balconies or terraces. Our guests also like to hike on the Ziller trail from where they can explore the Zillertal Valley. You may choose to go cross-country skiing, Nordic walking, biking or walking. In summer, (especially for guests with a dog) the beautiful trail along the river Ziller invite you for a walk. Or you may choose to explore one of surrounding mountains (Gerlosstein, Kreuzjoch Rosenalm) or go hiking and climbing on the Gerlosstein high rope course.
