The landhouse is located in a quiet, dead-end road in Sankt Johann - neighbour city to world famous Kitzbuehel - and has direct view to the Kitzbuehler Horn and the mountain range 'Wilder Kaiser'. Walking distance to the centre of the village is 15 minutes, to the next supermarkets 3 minutes. Many sports activities can start directly at house - such as jogging, hiking, biking and Nordic skiing. Golfing and alpine skiing are available in 10-15 minutes by car: To 4 top ski resorts, including Kitzbuehel, you get in 10-20 minutes by car. Within 15km from the house, you find 13 golf courts that are typically open from late April/early May to October.
