Welcome to the holiday apartment at the Landhaus Gartner guesthouse in Uderns in the Zillertal!

On holiday with family or friends in the absolute idyll of Uderns, a traditional village surrounded by the Austrian Alps, you can enjoy relaxed hours at Landhaus Gartner. Whether in the sun on the spacious balcony or by the cosy fireplace, relax together with your family after an active hike or an exciting day of skiing in the top skiing resorts of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Spieljoch.

Relaxation and recreation is offered by the Tyrolean-style Landhaus Gartner with its modern standard apartment for 2-5 people. A comfortably furnished double room and a comfortable triple room, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious living area with an open balcony are offered by the apartment. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available at Landhaus Gartner free of charge.

A special feature of the apartment is the furnished balcony that can be accessed from all around the house and allows you to enjoy wonderful hours of sunshine. Here you can experience the unblocked view of the magnificent mountain panorama and observe the activities on our own farm, which can be explored by your children. Landhaus Gartner also offers home-made produce, such as milk and eggs. The large garden is also at your disposal, whether to unwind or when relaxing on the lawn.

Landhaus Gartner's secluded and at the same time central location at the heart of Uderns next to the village’s main road, allows you to easily explore many places in the region.

In winter, easy access to the family skiing areas of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Spieljoch is ensured when using the free ski bus that stops just 2 minutes away from our guesthouse. Off the slopes you can experience the magnificent nature when sledding and tobogganing on one of the natural slopes in the Zillertal. The cross-country skiing trails is directly accessible from the apartment in winter as well.

In summer, we offer another special highlight for your family vacation with our own Hohenau Alm, the “Zillertal’s Little Tibet”. With pleasure we will take you on a day trip, where we explore the Alm and the surrounding region together.

A sportive family holiday is guaranteed by the tennis court right opposite the apartment. Start your hike or mountain bike tour from the Zillertal cycle trail that runs right past our Landhaus Gartner. To those seeking rest and relaxation, we recommend a visit of Erlebnis-Therme Zillertal, which is just a 5-minute drive away. A round of golf at the new golf club Zillertal Uderns, only 3 minutes away on foot, will perfectly complete your holiday.
