Our guest house Rettenbacher is a house of cosiness and comfort in Tyrolean style, it is located in Fulpmes, on the sunny side of the Stubaital, in a beautiful and central location, near the Schlick 2000 ski area.

The Schlick 2000 ski bus stop is approx. 100 meters away, the Stubaier Gletscherbahn ski bus stop can be reached in approx. 3 minutes on foot, and it takes approx. 35 minutes to drive to the Stubai Glacier in your own car.

STUBAI SUPER CARD Period: May 17th - November 3rd, 2024
The STUBAI SUPER CARD is included in the price and you will receive it upon arrival at our house. Bus and train travel to the Stubaital from Innsbruck is also included free of charge in the STUBAI SUPER CARD. You can use it every day from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

1.) Bus transfer between Innsbruck - Mutterberg (Stubai Glacier) - Innsbruck for unrestricted free use
2.) If you arrive by train at Innsbruck main station - free travel by bus to the Stubaital (replacement card can be printed out at home; it is described in detail in the price list)
3.) Stubaitalbahn Fulpmes - Innsbruck - Fulpmes for unrestricted free use
4.) All 4 lifts in the Stubaital - Stubai Glacier (except ski passes), Schlick 2000, Elferlift and Serlesbahn, 1 ascent and 1 descent per day
5.) Serlesbahn summer toboggan run in Mieders: 1 free ride per week
6.) Fulpmes indoor and outdoor swimming pool, free entry for 3 hours once a week
7.) Mieders swimming pool: unlimited free entry

The Rettenbacher guesthouse in Fulpmes in the Stubaital is particularly interesting for guests looking for professional mountain sports support. Sepp Rettenbacher has led the Stubai Tirol ski and mountaineering school in summer for more than 40 years and led the Stubai Tirol ski school in Fulpmes in winter for over 30 years. With lots of interesting suggestions and great tips, the experienced and authorized mountain guide and state-certified ski instructor and cross-country ski instructor are available to help you plan your tours at any time. Sepp is also available as a mountain guide and private ski instructor.

Thanks to its wonderful location at the foot of the Serles in Fulpmes, the Gästehaus Rettenbacher offers good opportunities for all your holiday activities. The valley station of the Schlick 2000 ski area can be reached in just a few minutes by bus. The ski bus there stops near the Rettenbacher guesthouse. The ski bus stop to the Stubai Glacier and the town center of Fulpmes can be easily reached on foot in 2-3 minutes.

The Stubai Super Card allows you to use local public transport free of charge in summer and offers free entry to all mountain railways in the Stubaital, including the summer toboggan run and numerous other attractions.

At the Rettenbacher guesthouse you can expect:

A spacious and bright holiday apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. 3 double rooms and 2 showers/WC offer plenty of space for families and groups to feel comfortable. If required, a cot and high chair can be provided. With the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, you have every opportunity to spend wonderful hours in your holiday apartment with friends or family.

In the morning we offer a bread roll service at 7 a.m. for the holiday apartments (except Sunday).
There is also very healthy Grander water available for all our guests throughout the house.
For our Rettenbacher guesthouse, we decided to install this high-quality Grander water, which now flows from every tap in our house for all of our guests.

Our guest house has a small sauna with pleasant aromatic oils, a shower with a waterfall shower and a relaxation room to relax. However, the sauna is only open in winter and is subject to a fee.
We also have a pretty garden with a lovely lawn for relaxing, as well as two cozy pergolas.
There are enough parking spaces for each holiday apartment.
Free Wi-Fi (fast fiber optic wireless) will be available to every guest free of charge from summer 2024.

Both beginners and ambitious mountaineers will get their money's worth with Sepp Rettenbacher and his Stubai Tirol mountaineering school.
