Apart Fucona

Our rural holiday home Apart Fucona with the Apartments Tirol and Zillertal lies above Fügen in the Zillertal, approximately 620 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by the Zillertal Alps where there are many mountain lodges and huts nestled in Alpine pastures. The area is ideal for all sorts of sport activities. In summer - mountain hiking, cycling tours, mountain biking, leisurely strolls in beautiful surroundings and summer-sledging. In Winter – skiing, boarding or cross-country skiing in the top ski resorts Hoch-Zillertal - Hochfügen/ Kaltenbach, Spieljoch, Zillertal Arena (Gerlos), Mayrhofen and Hintertuxer Gletscher (approx. 1 hour by car). Our rural home Apart Fucona is located in Fügenberg which is very close to Fügen and Uderns. Just a few minutes from the railway station Fügen. There are various shopping facilities and Super Markets. We offer two comfortable, spacious and cosy Apartments. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. Apartment Tirol (4*) is located on the ground floor and comprised of 3 rooms (70 sqm), can accommodate up to 4 people with the option of adding an extra child's bed making it 5 (extra charge). If requested, we can also offer a baby cot and child’s/baby seat (free of charge). Our Apartment Tirol is very cozy and comfortable, friendly, spacious and endowed with every comfort: a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 hob electric oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster). The apartment has under floor heating, a large, bright living/dining area, 1 double bedroom (bath/shower en-suite), 1 double bedroom (twin beds); separate WC; storage room; direct access to the large garden/terrace with garden furniture/sun beds (for your own use only during your stay), beautiful views across the valley/mountain range, Barbecue, table tennis, child's sandbox, SAT-TV (Full-HD), free WiFi, non-smoking apartment. Dogs allowed only on request prior to booking. Our Apartment Zillertal (4*) is located on the first floor and comprised of 3 rooms and a small mezzanine (80 sq. meters), for up to 4 people, 2 extra child beds possible (extra charge). If requested, we can also offer a baby cot and child’s/baby seat (free of charge). Our Apartment Zillertal very cozy and comfortable, friendly, spacious and endowed with every comfort: a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (incl. dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 hob electric oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.), has under floor heating, a large and bright living/dining area, 2 double bedrooms, small mezzanine, bathroom with sep. WC, large sunny South-facing balcony (28 sqm) garden/ terrace with garden furniture and sun beds (which is for your own use only), beautiful views across the valley and mountain range, SAT-TV (Full HD), free Internet / W-LAN, non-smoking apartment. Numerous walking or bike tours can be started directly from our rural holiday home. Sporty ambitious will find their unique mountain experience - but also relaxing walks or other gentle activities are possible at any time, such as horseback riding, tennis, swimming (swimming lakes or Thermal Spa) or golf. The newest local attraction in the Zillertal is the Golf club in Uderns nearby which has an 18 hole champion’s course, driving range and golf academy. The Thermal Spa in Fügen (“Erlebnistherme Zillertal”) is just a few minutes away with open-air pools, long water slides and wellness and sauna area for relaxtion. The free ski bus to Hochfügen stops in front of our house – daily departure at approx. 08:00 a.m. In the peakseason from mid of December until end of March and from July until end of September we mainly rent the apartments from Saturday to Saturday (Arrival from 16:00 / Depature by 10.00).
