The 2021 newly designed apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for 4-6 people. 2 bedrooms, each with separate TV and bathroom (shower/WC) offer a practical room layout. The open kitchen-cum-living-room invites you to socialize with its homely seating and light elements. The kitchenette is generously equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and dishes. In the entrance area or hallway there is a wardrobe, a ski rack and two boot dryers for a total of 6 pairs of boots. The ski bus stop is only 350m away and easily accessible on foot. Parking for 2 cars is available right next to the apartment entrance.

The adjacent forest has a hiking trail, which makes it easy to get to the Zillertaler Höhenstraße or the nearby children's playground. The ski bus stop is only 350m away and can be reached perfectly on foot. Restaurants and pizzerias can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A hotel with pool and wellness area is in the immediate neighborhood.
