Our house is located in the middle of the Zillertal in Zellberg, on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, and in the recreational and ski area of the Zillertal Arena, at the foot of the Talbach waterfall. We are very centrally located, surrounded by a mountain world that radiates complete peace and relaxation.

Before you lies the splendor of the Alps and an unforgettable time of total relaxation, surrounded by fascinating mountains and meadows that can be enjoyed right at our doorstep.

We are in a quiet and very sunny location with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains, overlooking the towns of Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller, centrally located, near the hiking and skiing area of the Zillertal Arena. Especially for families with children, the Zillertal is a paradise for outdoor activities.

In winter, it is a ski paradise. Many slopes are located around our house. Within 10 minutes you are at the Ahorn & Penkenbahn, Horbergbahn, Kaltenbach, and in 5 minutes at Zillertal Arena Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stop is 50 m from our house.
