Welcome to our Unterluimes guesthouse in Telfes in the Stubaital! Our child-friendly house is situated in the hamlet of Luimes, district of the sun village of Telfes, in the Stubaital holiday region. The peaceful and idyllic location on the edge of the forest invites you to rest and relax, and offers your children the perfect setting to unwind. Our Unterluimes guesthouse is 4 km away from the Schlick 2000 skiing area. Our beautiful alpine city of Innsbruck can be reached by car within 20 minutes. Alternatively you can enjoy an unforgettable, romantic train ride on the Stubaitalbahn. The Luimes bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot. Our 2 apartments, named Alex and Emilia, are comfortably and brightly furnished in modern Tyrolean style, accommodate 2-5 people and feature a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area, a bright spacious bathroom with shower or bath and WC. Enjoy the beautiful garden or the spacious sun terrace on occasion of a barbecue. Your children can use a sandbox and a ping pong table in the garden. Your kids will find plenty of space to play around our guesthouse. Relax in our sauna or infrared cabin after an eventful day in the Stubai Alps. You are also invited to use our free Wi-Fi. Breakfast rolls and fresh eggs from our local farms are available on request. The Schlick 2000 family skiing area is only a 5-minute drive away. Varied slopes, cosy cottages and idyllic winter walking and sledding trails offer fun and relaxation to everyone. The Stubai Glacier with its many kilometres of pistes ensures skiing delights 3000 meters above sea level and can be reached by car within 40 minutes. The Greifvogelpark Telfes is located just 5 minutes away from our Unterluimes guesthouse on foot. Offer your children a very special experience and gain insights into the world of European birds of prey in the context of a spectacular air show. Tyrol’s largest high wire garden, the Fulpmes Adventure Park is only 2 km away and can be reached by car within 5 minutes. Numerous hiking and mountain bike tours and walks can be started directly from our Unterluimes guesthouse in Telfes. The Schlick 2000 family hiking area with its nature trails and kids’ stations, adventure and panoramic lake will surely be great fun for the whole family.
