Our apartment is located on the sunny side of Reith, 200m from the main road Reith/Kitzbühel, 5 minutes to the ski bus and 5 minutes by car to the golf club Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee.

The apartment is on the 1st floor facing south with a 7m balcony, seating area and lounge furniture.

There is a cozy living room with tiled stove, dining area, sofa, coffee table and cable TV and Smart TV with Netflix.

2 bedrooms, bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. And a separate WC. A hairdryer is also available.

Fitted kitchen with stove (oven), refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, coffee capsule machine, kettle and toaster.

INTERNET: There is a free W-Lan available
Pets are also welcome.

A garage with electric roller shutter and a parking space are also included.

The wood for the tiled stove is provided free of charge.
We have an electronic door lock. The code will be sent to you before you arrive, which gives you more independence when you arrive.
