Our apartment is right at the valley station of the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing area that promises fantastic descents for each skill level across over 89 kilometres of pistes. Thanks to our central situation, you can leave your car parked both in winter and summer and explore the Zillertal’s mountain world from the accommodation. You can reach the centre of Kaltenbach in 4 minutes only, where you will find different cafés, restaurants and shopping possibilities.

Our modern 75m2 apartment offers sufficient space for 2-6 people and comes with two double rooms, a generous apartment kitchen with extendable couch and satellite TV as well as with shower and WC. The sunny balcony with view of the Zillertal Mountains and the roomy apartment kitchen with cosy seating invites guests to relax and unwind. Thanks to towels, soft bedlinen and all necessary amenities, all you need to bring along are high spirits in the Zillertal. You can store your gear in our ski room and, on request, we gladly provide a high chair and a crib. A parking lot as well as Wi-Fi are, of course, available freely available.

Wellness lovers and families with children can spend a relaxed thermal spa day at the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen that is only 9 minutes away by car.

In summer, you can explore the Zillertal’s mountain world right from the house. Numerous hiking trails of the hiking area Hochzillertal, as well as varied mountain biking routes along the Zillertal High Alpine Road will fascinate holidaymakers.
