Our house lies in only 5 walking minutes from the valley station of the cirque spitz's road I of the Zillertal arena and 10 walking minutes of the valley station of the Zillertal arena, to the arena to Coaster and the adventure playground.

Visit one of our anew renovated holiday apartments in sunny situation in the local edge of Zell in the Ziller in Tyrol. If they feel the magic of five side valleys here in the Zillertal and they enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Zillertaler Alps which surrounds our comfortable house.

Lure yourselves in summer of the varied leisure activities in the Zillertal in the nature: Wanderings – for which our house is an ideal starting point sunrise tours, Nordic Walking, Mountainbiken, Rafting, climbing and Paragliding are only some examples of what you can experience in the Zillertal in Tyrol. Popular destinations in the surroundings of Zell in the Zillertal are the Krimmler waterfalls, the Skyliner in the Gerlosstein, the high rope garden as well as the climbing tower and the Flying fox terrier in the mountain village of Gerlos. Many of our guests also use the Zillertaler cycle path which leads by the whole Zillertal. You can subordinate their bicycles with pleasure with us in the house.
Hard-boiled ski drivers reach at 40 minutes by the car the whole year skiing area Hintertuxer glacier.

In winter the best skiing areas lie directly before the front door. The Zillertal arena offers 139 runway kilometres as well as great events as for example Gloryfy of crossbreed or Good Morning Skiing for the whole family. Change of the skiing offer the illuminated toboggan run in the Gerlosstein, the skating place in Zell or the arena Coaster directly in the rose alp road.
