Surrounded by the Tux mountains, it is located directly on the Tuxbach stream in the middle of a quiet residential complex.
The views are therefore ideal for a beautiful and relaxing holiday at any time of year.
The flat in Juns, a district of Tux, is strategically located for both skiers and hikers.
The cross-country ski trail and the nearest hiking trail lead right past the flat, and the ski areas can be reached easily and reliably by bus. The bus stops right outside the front door, a 4-minute walk takes you to the sports bus stop. This takes you in just 5 minutes to the Eggalmbahn in Lanersbach, which makes the Zillertal 3000 Eggalm/Rastkogel/ Penken/ Ahorn ski and mountain world accessible. 4 km or a 7-minute bus ride in the opposite direction is the valley station of the Hintertux Glacier cable car, access to the Hintertux Glacier ski area and, like the Eggalm cable car, a good ascent aid for high alpine hiking tours.
Further infrastructure: If you don't always want to cook for yourself, there are several restaurants and a pizzeria in Juns, as well as a supermarket, bakery and sports shops in Lanersbach.
