It is located on the ground floor of the house and has approx. 55 square metres. The kitchen with a cosy dining area is open-plan and merges into the living area, the bedroom is separated by a sliding door. There is also a 20 square metre terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains and a covered balcony.

The house is located on a path at the end of Stockach and therefore in an absolutely quiet residential area.

In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop (200m), a pizzeria (300m) and a petrol station with a shop selling bread rolls.

Ski area Jöchelspitz 5 km/ Warth-Schröcken/Arlberg 18 km away. Both ski areas can be reached by bus.
