The holiday flat with a size of 46m² is located in a newly built two-family house (2023) in idyllic and quiet surroundings, above Aschau in the Distelberg district on a 1,100m slope and offers enough space for max. 4 people. Two separate car parking spaces are located directly at the house. The approx. 20m² sun terrace offers a marvellous view of the valley and the surrounding Zillertal Alps. It is perfect for relaxing after an excursion, hiking or biking and invites you to cosy barbecue evenings in summer. The non-smoking flat has a bedroom with double bed (180x200) and TV, a living room with Extendable couch and TV, open-plan dining area and integrated kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob and coffee machine. The bathroom has a WC, shower, washbasin and washing machine. Free WLAN can be used in the entire area.

Winter: In winter you can reach the nearest ski areas Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena/Zell am Ziller in just 15 minutes by car. Depending on the weather conditions, you may need snow chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle in winter. The Regiotaxi can of course also be used to get to the ski areas.

Summer: There are several cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, which can be used to reach the Almgasthof Talblick above, the Kapsaunalm, Legalalm, Kreuzjochhütte and the Rosenalm adventure world with the Fichtensee & Fichtenschloss and the numerous family attractions on the mountain for young and old explorers.About 10 minutes away by car down in the valley in the direction of Aschau is the Aufenfeld adventure park with a swimming lake and climbing centre. The covered skating track, trampoline facility, fun court, two beach volleyball courts and pedal go-kart hire are just some of the many fascinating play optionsCulinary delights: The Stuana Hitte snack station is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The modern and rustic snack station spoils you all year round, daily from 10 am to 7 pm with breakfast and Zillertal delicacies. With the Sacred Heart Chapel right next door - a place to find peace, recharge your batteries and for some a place to live out their faith.
The Almgasthof Talblick can be reached in approx. 20 minutes on foot via the hiking trail directly in front of the house. This can also be reached via the mountain road in approx. 10 minutes by car or e-bike. The Almgasthof not only offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, but also a delicious selection of food and drinks. The Almgasthof Talblick also offers various rooms for private parties and events for up to 80 people. There are 2 charging points (max. 22kW each) available for our e-bikers.Regional products such as eggs, fresh alpine and hay milk, yoghurt, butter, bread and much more in the highest organic quality directly from the farmer are available from the farm shop at the Krapferhof. This is located approx. 10 minutes by car below the Almgasthof Talblick. Shopping facilities:In the villages of Stumm and Kaltenbach, approx. 15 minutes away in the valley, there are numerous supermarkets (ADEG and M-Preis), a Hagebaumarkt and a tobacconist.
