The trains to and from Innsbruck run approximately every 30 minutes (journey time approximately 35 minutes). If you arrive by plane, the journey time from Innsbruck Airport to Seefeld is only 25 minutes. So for everyone who is looking for something special and wants to live alone in their own house, Haus ERIKA is the perfect choice to spend an extraordinary summer or winter holiday in the heart of the Region Seefeld-Tirols Hochplateau.

The equipment of house Erika leaves nothing to be desired. Each of the spacious bedrooms offers enough space to relax. In addition, 2 of the bedrooms have their own sunny balcony. Furthermore, our house has a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and another bathroom with toilet and shower. Would you like to cook yourself? Then the kitchen with adjoining cozy wooden lounge is the ideal place to cook or relax with friends or family. The large, cozy living room also offers enough space for watching TV or playing games together. A beautiful dining room is directly connected to the living room. Furthermore, you come directly from the living room into a bright conservatory with direct access to a large sun terrace. In the basement of the house there is a spacious SKI and storage room (changing room) for your skis and bicycles. The approx. 1000 m2 fenced garden by the house (also perfect for your dogs) offers you the opportunity to relax with a delicious drink in front of the Tyrolean mountains or simply to unwind with a good book in a deck chair. Furthermore, Haus Erika offers a large private parking space in front of the house and a covered garage space.

You can hardly live in a more central, ideal and yet quiet place in Seefeld. You can reach the Rosshütte or Geschwandtkopf ski areas in just approx. 2 minutes with your own car. If you want to reach the ski areas with the ski bus, then the (SKI) bus station is only about 100 meters away from Haus Erika. The town center with its numerous restaurants and boutiques and the casino is only a 3-minute walk away.
