Located at the heart of Kaltenbach, amidst the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal, you will find our Hochzillertal Apartments guesthouse. Only a 5-minute walk away from the Hochzillertal cable car station, our family-run guesthouse is ideally located to explore the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region during winter months when skiing together with family or friends. The centre of Kaltenbach with its shops, restaurants and cafes provides a full service offer, ensuring that you will not miss anything during your vacation. Two non-smoking apartments are available to your family in your summer vacation or when spending skiing holidays with children or friends, each offering space for 2-5 and/or 2-6 people respectively. The kitchens and/or kitchenettes are fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and partly even with microwave. In modern, light-filled rooms, you and your family will find peace after an exciting day of hiking or skiing the slopes of the Zillertal. Both apartments come with satellite TV and, on request, with a DVD player. From all the apartments, you have access to a private balcony with sitting area where you can relax in the sun and recharge your batteries. The "Edelweiss" apartment is ideally suited to be adjoined to the "Alpenrose" apartment. In the 27m² living-kitchen area, you can spend sociable hours as a group (8-10 people) and look back on your skiing day or exciting hike while enjoying a glass of wine. Fantastic pistes await you in the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region in winter. Being accommodated only 350m away from the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal resort’s valley station, you can be the first on the slopes in the morning and really enjoy skiing with your children or friends. At the Zwergerl Club kindergarten, right at the mountain station, all non-skiing children are lovingly looked after. Do not miss out on the traditional end of a successful skiing day with friends in a typical après ski bar. "Nature at its best" can be experienced at our Hochzillertal Apartments guesthouse during summer months. Wonderful hikes together with family or friends can be started right from our house. When Nordic Walking in the valley or cycling along the Ziller River trail, you can enjoy great panoramic views and get to know the Fügen-Kaltenbach region on two wheels. Bathing fun is on offer at the numerous swimming pools and natural lakes, as well as at Badewelt Stumm that is only a 5-minute drive away.
