Our Dichtl Apartment offers a spacious apartment for 6 to 10 people and is located in a beautiful, peaceful location at the Stummerberg near Kaltenbach in the Zillertal, where the sun is shining particularly long. Far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life you will find everything for a relaxing holiday in the idyllic mountain world of the Zillertal here. The family-friendly apartment of the House Dichtl is located at the Stummerberg in a sunny hillside location, just 3.5 km away from the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Valley Station in Kaltenbach. The sledding hill offers your children great fun with fast-paced descents and varied snow pleasures. Take a stroll on a forest path and arrive in Stumm in 20 minutes where you will find numerous leisure facilities for the whole family, such as the heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, a playground, mini golf, cross-country trails, the Zillertal cycling and hiking trail and much more. Across 125 m² the apartment of the Dichtl guesthouse offers sufficient space for 6 to 10 people, especially for holidays with the whole family or for a relaxing vacation with friends. Cot and high chair are available to your kids. The holiday apartment has 5 cosy bedrooms, one double rooms with a private bathroom, one double room, two single rooms and a family room (2-4 beds) with a private bath. In addition, the facility offers you another bathroom with a separate toilet, a large living room with Sat-TV and comfortable seating. From the sunny south-west balcony of your apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Zillertal Alps and the illuminated valley descent of the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing resort. The apartment at the House Dichtl comes with the possibility to store your sports equipment right front of the property and a heated boot dryer is available as well. Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the apartment free of charge. Especially in summer, guests appreciate the wonderful hiking area with its well-marked trails right outside the Dichtl guesthouse. Along lush mountain meadows and quaint mountain huts you can explore the surrounding peaks. In winter the Zillertal presents itself with lots of snow. In the morning when the valley is still foggy, the view of the skiing resort Hochzillertal-Hochfügen eventually clears, inviting you to enjoy skiing, snowboarding or winter hiking on its perfectly groomed pistes.
