This new built house is in quiet and sunny position in the local border of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The village centre is only 300, the beautiful Pillersee 600 meters away. The big garden and the sunroof are accessible from every room in the ground floor. Sunloungers, garden pieces of furniture, a marquee and a big grill are available there. In summer more than 400 kilometers of marked footpaths with different degrees of difficulty are available in the PillerseeTal. Moreover, one finds an extended bicycle and mountain bike net for the whole family. One can swim in the refreshing Pillersee, Lauchseein Fieberbrunn, bath sea in Waidring as well as in different indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
