Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly next to a comfortable restaurant and the ski slopes, and within walking distance (5 minutes) of the center. You can reach the ski-lifts of Kappl or the bus to Ischgl with the skis in 2 minutes or by ski bus.(bus stop by the house) In the summer you can enjoy the tranquility in the countryside with wonderful views over the valleys and mountains.
