The Ferienhaus Kaltenbrunn is very spacious and therefore it is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends (250m²). Some furniture is handmade and the original wooden floors as well as the stairs lend the house a rustic but also cosy atmosphere, that a comfortable stay is possible.
The Ferienhaus Kaltenbrunn is not far from the Hartkaiserbahn (only 300 m) and also the famous doctor’s practice from the Bergdoktor is in the near (also about 300m).
The restaurants „Gasthof Au“ and „Bettina“ are only a few minutes away. The centre of Ellmau can be reached after approx. 500 meters and offers a variety of options for doing your daily shopping. There are also a number of grocery and clothing stores, bars and restaurants.
