The house, built by the family's great-grandfather around the turn of the century (1903), impresses with its bay windows and half-timbered houses. The cozy apartment CASA PALMA, which was completely renovated and refurbished in 2023, is on the 2nd floor.
In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms: a large one with a double bed and a smaller one with bunk beds
solid wood.
The location of the house is perfect for getting to the romantic old town of Kitzbühel in just a few minutes on foot. The bus stop to the ski slopes, the train station and the city center are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A spacious parking lot at the house offers enough parking space for the car, which is hardly needed anymore due to the central location.
There are 3 supermarkets, a drugstore and a sports shop directly opposite the house.
The first floor and the ground floor are occupied by the owners of the house.
