The apartment is located near the centre of Kaltenbach, easily accessible by car and public transport, such as bus and train and offers idyllic peace and quiet, allowing you to forget the stress of everyday life. To ensure that you can fully enjoy your holidays together with family, friends or even with your dog in traditional Tyrolean style, the charmingly furnished apartment offers space for 2-7 people. The facility comes with 3 bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchenette, a separate toilet and shower and an inviting balcony facing southwards. Next to your own entrance with lots of room for parking you can find plenty of storage space for your skiing and sports equipment; even parking space for your bicycles is available. A particularly convenient feature is the fresh roll service in the morning that ensures an enjoyable start of your day. The best spot to have breakfast is on the spacious balcony that will fascinate you with stunning views of the Zillertal Alps and with the sweet smell of apple trees in the garden. Only 150 metres away, you will find a public playground where your children can unwind. In winter, the Braunegger apartment is the ideal location to reach the family-friendly ski areas Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch, which can be accessed directly from the Braunegger apartment using the free ski bus or taking the scenic trail through the quaint village which will take you directly to the Valley Station within 10 minutes’ time. Away from the skiing slopes, the beautiful nature in the Zillertal invites you to explore winter and snowshoe hiking or enjoy a romantic sleigh ride. For a spa day, as well as relaxation and fun for your children we recommend a visit of Erlebnis-Therme Zillertal in Fügen. In summer, the Braunegger apartment offers many opportunities and routes to start an active hike or an exciting mountain bike and bicycle tour.
