Böglhof

We warmly welcome you to our organic farm Böglhof in Stumm in the Zillertal, far away from the hustle and bustle of life. Spend holidays with children at the family farmhouse surrounded by nature – with a playground, pets and a large play area.

In the village centre of Stumm, which is only 5 minutes walking distance, you will find traditional inns, a new children’s playground, a mini golf course and a public outdoor swimming pool. The free ski bus which takes you to the nearby ski areas stops only 50 metres from the Böglhof.

The Böglhof offers two lovingly apartments in Tirolean style. The apartment on the first floor has 50m2 and is perfect for small families. A double room with sofa bed offers space for 2-4 persons. The balcony invites to enjoy the last sunrays after an active day. In addition, you have the option to book a double room with separate shower and WC in the farmhouse.

The apartment on the ground floor of the Böglhof has three large double bedrooms, a separate parlour with tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious sun terrace. The apartment has 105 m2 and offers plenty of space to relax. It is ideal for 6 persons, and with a sofa or extra bed 7-8 persons can be accommodated.

The large garden is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying a convivial and relaxing down-time. On request, the Böglhof offers organic products from their own grounds (milk, yoghurt, eggs, schnapps, etc.)

During your summer holidays in Stumm the whole family can engage in a multitude of outdoor activities. The public swimming pool in Stumm is only 10 minutes walking distance and offers water fun for young and old. Families looking for sporty activities can go cycling on the Zillertal cycle path which ends in Mayrhofen. Hiking enthusiasts will find an abundance of walks and hiking routes in the Zillertal. In summer, guests are welcome to visit our livestock on the alpine pasture, which can be reached after a short drive or a 1.5-hour hike, making it an ideal jaunt for families.

The Böglhof is the perfect base for winter holidays. The top-notch ski area Hochzillertal is only 1 km from the accommodation and within easy reach of the free ski bus. The ski area boasts more than 90 kilometres of pistes and has a direct connection to the ski area Hochfügen. The family ski area Spieljoch in Fügen is approx. 8 kilometres away.
