The house is located next to our farm on a hill at the foot of the Innberg group. There are many hiking and mountain trails directly from there, the location is quiet and the accommodation is surrounded by forests and meadows.
Not far from the accommodation are several bathing lakes (e.g. Stimmersee, Reintalersee or Berglsteinersee).

The shopping towns of Kufstein and Wörgl are both about 15 minutes away by car.
A cross-country ski trail is a 5-minute walk away and the nearest ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is about a 25-minute drive away.
