On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway with a wardrobe and access to the exercise room in the basement.  There are also three bedrooms and a rustic style kitchen renovated in a way to preserve most of its original state. Attached to the kitchen you will find a wine cellar with a large old wooden table and vaulted ceilings. Furthermore, on the same level there is a bathroom and a private toilet.

On the first floor you will find a modern equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker, and the necessary kitchen utensils.

Via the spacious hallway you reach the two other bedrooms - with a cosmetic table & washbasin each - as well as a living room. The living rom is equipped with a large sofa and a dining table with a corner sitting area. On the same floor there is also a bathroom and a toilet.
