Auszeithaus-Auders

The holiday apartment and the entire Auszeithaus building were converted and renovated throughout using eco-friendly building materials (clay, timber, lime plaster, lime paint etc.). Existing beams and natural stone walls were preserved and integrated to create a unique ambience. The use of eco-friendly building materials throughout the house and in the furnishings of the rooms create healthy room conditions with a high recreational value. We wanted to make our contribution against climate change. The special effect of the Auszeithaus is also striking thanks to the preservation of its barn-style façade. Guests can use the on-site wood workshop to be creative if they wish. There are lots of small details to be discovered all around the house where various materials have been recycled for a new lease of life, for example a step as a window sill, a former internal door as a wardrobe. The integration of existing building materials such as a natural stone wall and materials that have been sourced sustainably rewards the extra effort and expense with a special ambience that guests can experience and enjoy.
