Our Hochzillertal apartments are located in Kaltenbach, at the heart of Erste Ferienregion Zillertal! We are only 150 metres from the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen valley station away and thus right in the middle of the skiing paradise! The ideal situation of our Hochzillertal apartments offers best infrastructure access in direct proximity. Shopping facilities, bus stop and the station can all be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Here, with us, you are accommodated in recently renovated apartments for 2 - 10 people that all come with a generous balcony. The Hochzillertal apartments are lovingly furnished and offer an eat-in kitchen, a sitting corner, living room, bedroom, new bathrooms with shower/WC, a cosy floor heating, TV and free Wifi. Bed linen and towels are of course provided as well. Parking is sufficiently available and a roomy ski cellar with ski boot dryer is, of course, also at your disposal. In summer, Kaltenbach offers wonderful hiking and cycle trails with various difficulty levels amid Ersten Ferienregion Zillertal. There is also an adventure park only 10-15 minutes away from us that opened in 2012 and offers a high-wire climbing park. Enjoy relaxing holidays with your children! The generous playground directly around the corner will surely be equally appreciated by your children than by our own. For hot summer days we recommend the leisure pool world in the neighbouring village of Stumm. By bus you only need 5 minutes. Therme Fügen offers bathing pleasures for grown-ups and little ones, no matter what the weather does. Whether spa or action, everyone finds a match here. A pure spa experience is also offered by our sauna area with pine wood sauna, bio and a Finnish sauna. Winter vacation in the Zillertal! Kaltenbach hosts the valley station of the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing resort that you can reach after only 150 meters from your apartment. A special attraction is the night skiing, which is offered once per week. At the valley station in Kaltenbach there are several popular après-ski bars and restaurants and many service facilities, such as a ski school, ski rentals and a ski depot. At the Hochzillertal summit station you also find the “Zwergerlclub”, a mini ski club for your holidays with children.
