The typical flair of sophisticated Tyrolean living culture and the associated homely ambience awaits and welcomes you.
Our house, furnished and designed with great attention to detail in true Tyrolean country house style, is the first step into your well-deserved, relaxing holiday.
Our house is located directly in Neder and right next to the beautiful landscaped lake with its extensive park, huge playground, volleyball court, football pitch and lakeside café/restaurant.
The bus stop for the public bus and all ski buses is less than 100 metres from our house and takes you to Neustift, the glacier, the Schlick 2000 ski area or Innsbruck in just a few minutes.
In winter you will find a beautifully groomed cross-country ski trail, a ski hire shop and romantically illuminated hiking trails (e.g. directly along the banks of the stream) right in front of the house.
In summer you can either start your hiking tours at the first step outside the front door, use the public swimming pool in Neustift free of charge, go on a bike tour, go fishing or horse riding or use the landscape lake for swimming.
Thanks to the favourable location of our house, all possibilities are open to you!
