Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our apartment at the edge of Uderns’ forest, right beside the golf course and only a 10-minute walk from the centre, where you find different shops, restaurants as well as shopping possibilities. Experience the fantastic skiing areas of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Spieljoch that all can be reached by car or with the free ski bus within 10 minutes.

The cosy apartment for 2-4 people does not only offer plenty of space, but comes with ground floor access as well, making it ideally suited for family vacations. The accommodation features a generous, separate kitchenette with a comfortable eating corner as well as a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.

After an active holiday in the Zillertal Mountains, you can enjoy the living room on the cosy sofa or the comfortable couch where you can put your feet up in front of the TV or take in the fantastic view from your own, private terrace. Thanks to two separated bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and WC, the interior is particularly family-friendly. The bright bedroom with double bed has a spacious closet, while the other room is equipped with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children.

Enjoy bathing fun at the Schlitters bathing lake that you can reach after 10 minutes on hot summer days. Within five minutes only you can get to the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa in Fügen, which inspires kids with its many pools and slides and convinces parents thanks to its fantastic spa & sauna offer. The public playground near the Gasthaus Steiner inn and the possibility of accessing several cycling and hiking trails without car and stress, right from the Troppmair apartment, all three minutes away only, are simply wonderful. You can also perfect your swing at the nearby golf course.

In winter, you can reach the fantastic skiing areas of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal and Spieljoch within 10 minutes by car or using the free shuttle that stops right outside Gasthof Steiner. Exploit the opportunity and access the circular cross-country trail Uderns right outside the house or set out to the Kupfnerberg sled run. An ice rink with the possibility of practicing curling is only a 4-minute walk away from the house as well.
