Our apartment Raffael is situated in a totally sunny area - it lies centrally and yet off the hustle and bustle in the idyllic village of Itter in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps and, therefore, is the perfect point of departure for numerous outings in the region.
We offer two modern furnished, open plan apartments for 2 - 4 persons. Free Wi-Fi, parking space and ski storage in winter.
In winter the Salvista gondola station, your access to the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Or you can take a comfortable ride on the free ski bus - the bus stop is only 150 m from the house.
The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental is one of Austria’s largest and most state-of-the-art ski areas with over 280 km of pistes.
The cross-country ski track is in walking distance.
In summer the public pool of Itter (5 minutes’ walk) can be visited for free with the guest card of the Holiday Region Hohe Salve. Numerous hiking and cycling tours can be started right from the doorstep.
