Welcome to the Mountainview flat in Hart on the sunny side of the Zillertal!

Our cosy holiday flat offers approx. 80 m² of space for up to 6 people. The flat has 4 rooms: two spacious double rooms, a single room and a spacious kitchen-cum-living room with pull-out sofa bed. The large dining table invites you to eat together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a shower, while a separate WC provides additional comfort. You can access the balcony from one of the bedrooms. There is also a large terrace with a lawn, garden furniture and a barbecue. From there you can enjoy the marvellous panoramic view over the Zillertal.

In winter, the Mountainview flat offers an ideal starting point for all winter sports enthusiasts. There is a ski bus stop just 350 metres away, which takes you directly to the Spieljoch ski area. From there you can easily change to the bus to the Hochfügen and Kaltenbach ski areas and enjoy the full winter sports experience in the Zillertal. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa in Fügen, just 3.3 km away, invites you to relax after an active day in the snow. Here you can unwind and recharge your batteries.

This holiday flat is also the perfect starting point for numerous outdoor activities in summer. The bird trail and the hiking trail to the impressive Schleier waterfall can be accessed directly from the accommodation. Just a short walk away is the river and the idyllic Ziller promenade, along which you can reach the Schlitterer See lake after a walk of approx. 7.4 km to the north. The promenade is ideal for hikers and cyclists and stretches over a length of 60 km on both sides of the river. On hot summer days, the outdoor pool in Fügen, just 3.3 km away, offers a refreshing dip. A hike from the accommodation to the Schlossplatz in Fügen allows you to enjoy the marvellous natural surroundings. Once there, you can hop on the free hiking bus to Hochfügen and continue exploring the mountains of the Zillertal.
