The apartment building in a rural style is located just 800 m from the pedestrian zone of Seefeld, on a little-trafficked side street and is oriented towards the south. In front of the house, there is a sunbathing area with deck chairs, table tennis, a trampoline, various play equipment, a play hut for children, and a barbecue stove.
A staircase leads from the house to a pergola on the forested hill behind, it feels like being in a mountain hut – hence the name Landhaus Almidyll! There are three recreation areas in the garden: sunbathing lawn, terrace, and hilltop. From the terrace, sledding for children is possible in winter with sufficient snow conditions! In the basement: Sauna, infrared cabin, and laundry room are available upon request. Distances to the ski areas: 600 m to the practice area Geigenbühel and 200 m to the stop of the free ski and village bus. Walking paths are everywhere in the village, one of which starts at our place, and you can reach nature in 10 minutes towards Triendlsäge.
