The bedroom with a luxurious box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed with separate mattress and slatted frame in the open living area provide security from day one. The open living-dining area with a fully equipped brand kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as stove & oven leave nothing to be desired. The spacious modern bathroom has a generous walk-in shower.

Close to the Hartkaiserbahn and the famous mountain doctor's house, our vacation apartment offers the perfect starting point not only for sporty winter activities, but also for the sights around the Wilder Kaiser. The Ellmauer summer, on the other hand, promises undreamt-of possibilities for hikers, mountain bikers and all other mountain sportsmen with its almost inexhaustible offer of hiking and mountain trails.
