Our  3-star  Apart & Chalet Chiara guesthouse in the Stubaital is only 10 km away from Austria’s largest glacier skiing resort, the Stubai Glacier, and just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Neustift. Surrounded by untouched nature at the foot of the Mischbach waterfall you can fully enjoy your well-deserved vacation. In our Chiara guesthouse you have all the amenities of a 3-star hotel, but the privacy you expect from a holiday apartment.

We offer 8 stylish apartments with plenty of space for 2-8 people and a private terrace or a large, sun-drenched balcony with stunning views of the Stubai Glacier and the Mischbach waterfall. The free ski bus stops right outside our Chiara guesthouse. On warm summer days you can have a lovely barbeque in our garden. Every apartment offers cosy bedrooms, some even come with a private, modern bathroom and you can relax on no less than 3 sunny and spacious balconies available at our largest apartment. Every apartment is equipped with allergy-neutral beds and high-quality flooring.

Have fresh bread delivered to your apartment at the Chiara guesthouse on a daily basis.

We are also happy to offer breakfast if you reserve in advance. We charge €18.00 per person per day.

After just 5 minutes you can also find many restaurants for a proper lunch or dinner.

Our guests rest and find relaxation in our l spa area with Finnish sauna, 2 infrared cabins, relaxation room, while your kids can unwind in our playing room.

As a special experience we offer a refreshing summeron  our own alpine hut and a whole day of pure rest and tranquillity – an exclusive service for our guests in a natural setting.

We are well prepared for active holiday makers as we provide free mountain bikes and Nordic walking sticks. In winter our guests can rent free sleds. We are also happy to offer help and information on trips and excursions around the Stubai Mountains.

Skiers and snowboarders, cross-country skiers and sledding enthusiasts will all get their money’s worth in the beautiful Neustift in the Stubaital in winter. Summer in Neustift in the Stubaital ideally combines exciting adventures and peaceful rests. Set against the stunning natural backdrop of the mighty Stubai Alps you will discover one holiday highlight after the other when hiking, climbing, mountain biking or paragliding.
