The ski bus stop of the free ski bus takes you to the Schlick 2000 can be reached in less than 1 minute on foot from the Alber guesthouse. Spend time with your family in the brand new Stubay sports and adventure facility that is a 10-minute walk from the apartment or take the free ski and hiking bus.

Every apartment offers a large living and dining room, as well as 1-2 separate bedrooms. The luxury of quality furniture with new and modern pieces is complemented by a balcony with panoramic views of the Schlick 2000.

After an active day in the mountains of the Stubaital you can relax in the infrared sauna, the infrared cabin or enjoy the green lawn in the garden with parasol, barbecue area with a gas-powered BBQ and a seating area in summer. Your ski equipment can be dryly and safely stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. Of course, cots and high chairs for children, free parking and free Wi-Fi are available to you. On request, we have fresh bread from the local bakery delivered to your apartment every morning.

In winter, the top skiing resorts of Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000 invite you to experience exhilarating descents across all levels of difficulty.
