The valley station of the Finkenberger Almbahnen is only a few minutes' walk away and the ski bus stop is right in front of the house. Hiking trails start directly at the accommodation and, if you want, lead up to the high mountains.

The Hintertux Glacier can be reached by car or bus in 20 minutes.

The closest restaurant is only 60 meters away and the grocery store is only 600 meters away. Mayrhofen with its many shops, restaurants and bars can also be reached in just a few minutes by car.
