Welcome to the Apart Sonnseite!
The newly built house is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal, away from the traffic and yet central.
It is characterized by its quiet and sunny location. 8 minutes walk from the recreation village Aschau away. Hiking trails, mountain bike trails and cross-country ski trails all lead directly past the house.
Wi-Fi and parking are free.

The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute drive from the Apart Sonnseite, and a traditional restaurant is just a 2-minute walk away.In summer, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Aufenfeld bathing lake, which is a 10-minute walk away.

The apartments are non-smoking apartments and equipped as follows: balcony, terrace, natural wood bedroom with TV-SAT-RADIO, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, large kitchen with sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, extractor, toaster, fridge with freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and table linen. There is also a large storage area for the ski equipment with ski boot heater.

The Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena ski regions are a 5-minute drive away.

The Erlebnistherme in Fügen (indoor indoor pool with slides and large sauna area)
It is a 15-minute drive away and has a 1,700 m² spa area.
The Hintertux Glacier can be reached by car in 40 minutes.
Zell am Ziller is just a 5-minute drive away and offers a skating rink and an outdoor swimming pool.
In a 2-minute walk you can reach the bus and ski bus stop, where you can easily reach
the Hoch-Zillertal-Hochfügen and Zillertal-Arena ski regions are a 3-minute drive away.
The Gerlosstein toboggan run can be reached by car in just 14 minutes. At 11 km, it is currently the longest toboggan run in the Zillertal. The Zillertal Thermal Spa is a 10-minute drive away and offers a 1,700 m² spa area.
